Delivery Charges
All orders of £65.00 or more are delivered FREE on the next working day.
Our standard cost for a delivery to UK mainland is £4.50.
If your order contains very heavy items we may need to charge extra carriage. We will call you if necessary
Delivery Policy
We aim to keep the majority of products available in stock for a standard 3 day delivery, anywhere in the mainland UK. Offshore and Scottish Highland deliveries may take a little longer, as will any overseas deliveries.
If and when required, we can usually offer a next day delivery at an extra cost, and can even despatch it as a timed delivery to arrive in the morning.
Due to seasonal fluctutations in product throughput, there may be times when we are out of stock, and large orders can demand longer lead times. In these instances we will strive to meet any particular deadline that you have, and at all times will make you aware of the lead time, and keep you informed as the order progresses. Please note that the standard delivery charge will still apply for deliveries that exceed 3 days.

Notwithstanding the discretion of the Supplier in deciding whether goods are sound and resaleable, goods will not be deemed resaleable if they are returned in anything but their original packaging or the quantities of the goods
returned are different from those originally supplied.
(c) Where goods returned for credit or exchange are goods which have been supplied in boxes or in quantities credit notes or exchange of goods will only be given if the goods are returned in their boxes and/or in the same quantities supplied to the Purchaser. Credit notes will only be issued if the Suppliers Collection Note has been issued to the Purchaser.
